July 22, 2025, 6:00 PM– Madagascar Jr by ACT Auditions at Giffey Hall Arts and Culture, Community Location: Giffey Hall, 20369 County Road X, Ridgeville Corners, OH 43555 Show dates are September 26 & 27, 2025 and October 3 & 4, 2024 at 7:30 PM and October 5, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Giffey Hall. The Madagascar Jr. directing team is offering an Audition Workshop for students who are new to auditioning or anyone who needs audition tip refreshers! We will review the process of auditioning, assist with vocal confidence, review monologues, and help with projection. We can also assist with filling out audition forms and can take a headshot for you if needed. The Audition Workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 15th from 6-7:30PM at St. Martin’s Church in Archbold. Caleb Wyse and Julie Weber will be leading this workshop. Auditions will be held on July 19 at 9:30 AM and July 21 and 22 at 6 PM at Giffey Hall in Ridgeville Corners. Show dates are September 26 & 27, 2025 and October 3 & 4, 2024 at 7:30 PM and October 5, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Giffey Hall.

The competition will occur throughout the summer and a winner will be selected at the final championship round on the last day of the summer reading program. |

July 21, 2025, 7:00 PM– Humane Society Bingo Community, Fundraiser Location: Filling Home Community Center, 470 Independence Dr, Napoleon, OH 43545 Since 1998, the HCHS has been successfully operating a State licensed bingo game to help keep our shelter operating. This is important to our shelter as we receive no county or state funding. Players and volunteers are always welcome!

Discover local history in the museum located on County Road M west of County Road 7 in Grelton. July 20: Ice Cream Celebration Noon-4pm at the Heritage Center in Grelton. It will be the place to celebrate National Ice Cream Day. Join us for friendship, entertainment and refreshments.
