For twenty years, The RIDGE Project has worked to strengthen fathers, restore families, and help individuals build lives of purpose after incarceration. Through relationships, personal responsibility, and evidence-based programming, thousands of men and women have discovered that their past does not have to define their future.
To celebrate this twenty-year milestone, The RIDGE Project proudly presents the TYRO Summit 2026, a one-day conference dedicated to the power of fatherhood, successful reentry, healthy families, and the life-changing impact of investing in people.
The TYRO Summit will bring together correctional professionals, family service providers, community leaders, employers, faith leaders, policymakers, educators, researchers, and individuals with lived experience for a day of inspiration, practical learning, and meaningful connection.
The conference will explore one central idea: when fathers are equipped to succeed, families become stronger, children thrive, and communities are safer.
Throughout the day, attendees will hear from nationally recognized speakers , participate in interactive breakout sessions, and learn from practitioners and graduates whose lives demonstrate the lasting impact of fatherhood, healthy relationships, personal accountability, and community support.
Doors Open at 9 am, conference begins at 10 am. Pre registration required.
