This community event is to honor Xavier and Aidan Wensink. This event will be held Saturday, August 17th to celebrate Aidan’s 21st birthday. Glow sticks will be lining the route marking your safe passage through the course, beginning at the Deshler American Legion and completing a loop around the large reservoir. You are encouraged to decorate yourself with glow attire to light up the night. This is a just-for-fun 1 mile run/walk – with no official timing or scoring, so go at your own pace. The family will be providing birthday cake after the race in celebration of Aidan’s birthday. Please join us for this free event to remember these young men’s lives.
